About
Maximilian J. Yavarone (“Max”) is a passionate attorney-advocate with a demonstrated record of lawyering for the public interest.
Max spent two years as a Staff Attorney with Brooklyn Legal Services in their Universal Access to Counsel program defending tenants in Kings County and protecting their rights.
Max then went on to be a Health Attorney with Community Service Society of New York, in their “ICAN” program–advocating for Managed Long-Term Care recipients in New York City to get the care they need. In his year working with ICAN he won over $1,000,000 in additional care hours for his clients.
Max practices with zeal and tenacity and will always go the extra mile for his clients. He understands that the systems and structures in place are meant to keep his clients from the justice they deserve, but he will never back down from that fight.
In solidarity, always.
